Position Summary

This exciting opportunity is for a full-time Business Development Intern based in Coimbatore. As a Business Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in tasks such as lead generation, market research, and customer service, while also contributing to the formulation of business strategies and promotion of our certification programs. This position offers a valuable chance to gain hands-on experience in business development and actively contribute to the advancement of KGiSL MicroCollege.

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels to showcase our services.
  • Convert leads into clients by effectively highlighting the benefits of our courses.
  • Work towards and achieve sales targets to drive company growth.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.

Compensation and Growth Opportunities

  • The stipend for this 3-month internship ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 18,000 per month, based on performance and sales achievements.
  • Additional monetary incentives are provided based on closed deals.
  • Upon successful internship completion meeting set sales targets, individuals will be promoted to Business Development Associates with an increased salary.

**Please note: Applicants currently pursuing U.G / P.G degrees are not eligible for this opportunity.

Requirements

  • A fresh graduate with a Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in lead generation and market research.
  • Customer service experience or aptitude.
  • Proactive and self-driven approach.
  • Capability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Familiarity with business development principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
