Role - Business Development for Tamil Communities

We are looking for a performance oriented individual who will build the largest network of Tamil speaking women on the Arré Voice app.

To be right for this role you must have some experience of sales and business development (min 1-2 years) and have worked in a targets driven environment (where KRA has been revenue or number of customers/ users).

You should be living in some part of Tamil Nadu (preferably Coimbatore) and understand the local culture and ecosystem.

This role will work closely with our product and content teams to scale the product via carefully coordinated marketing campaigns and messaging.

Job Description
Identify the right audience groups for our app (Tamil speaking women segments)

Identify creative and cost effective ways to reach them (whatsapp groups, partnerships with women-focused small businesses, women-focused publishers, offline activation in women's colleges, women-focused NGOs and more).

Sell the app to such stakeholders to bring in communities of women on the app.
Work with the Arré marketing team to co-develop messaging & pitch material for such audience
groups.
Achieve audience onboarding & engagement targets, within pre-set budgets.
