We are seeking an experiencedServiceNow CSM Developerto join our growing team. As a subject matter expert inServiceNow CSM, Service Portal, Integrations, and Reporting , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting customer service solutions that align with business needs.This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and supportServiceNow CSM solutions, Service Portal, and reportingBuild and maintainintegrationsbetween ServiceNow CSM and other applicationsProvide consultation to users on technologies, data, and processesServe as a key team member inServiceNow CSM support and enhancementsLead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholdersTroubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions across modulesManagebreak fixes, enhancements, projects, workflows, release management, system outages, and maintenanceStay current withindustry trendsand implement best practicesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering3+ years of ServiceNow CSM support, implementation, and enhancementsHands-on experience with at leastone full cycle implementation of ServiceNow CSMStrong knowledge inServiceNow CSM, Service Portal, Integrations, ReportingProficiency inJavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSSAbility to gather business requirements and translate them intofunctional & technical solutionsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and time management skillsExcellentcommunication skills(verbal & written)Strongstakeholder engagementand collaboration skillsDesired SkillsServiceNow ITSM / HRSD experienceBusiness Analysis and organizational change managementServiceNow application testing (ATF, Selenium, etc.)Integration expertise (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server)Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)ServiceNow CSA / CSM certificationsITIL v4 FoundationApply now at
