Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant, located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, performing administrative tasks, and facilitating communication between clients and the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include organizing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining sales documentation.
Core Responsibilities
- Process client orders, manage CRM data, and handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Liaise between sales, procurement, marketing, and design teams to ensure product availability and smooth project execution.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate records, and present financial/non-financial data to management.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, client visits, and managing marketing materials for campaigns.
- Address minor client issues and escalate major concerns for resolution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design or related fields (MBA preferred for higher roles).
- At least
2 years of sales coordination experience
with direct exposure to construction, interiors, or architecture. - Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, able to work under deadlines.
- Fluency in English and local languages; excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong teamwork attitude and customer service orientation.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
- Industry knowledge in construction processes and interior design materials.
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, contractors, and clients.
