What will you do
As a Presales Associate, you’ll basically be the face for Classplus in the public domain to handle. This customer-facing role will require you to make Inbound and outbound calls and fixed demos for our sales managers.
Along with that, you’ll have to: -
- Own the process by answering customer queries, solving them and assisting them via calls.
- Showcase the Classplus product & solutions and assist tutors in selecting the best solution for their needs.
- Spearhead initiatives to mentor peers, define our culture, and to help build a fast-growing team.
- Ensure daily calls and fixed demos and track their demos.
You should apply, if you:-
- Have fluent communication skills: Are well-versed in English and Hindi.
- Can grind when the time comes: Are willing to work on a Sunday and shifts.
- Can be trusted: Always honor your deadlines.
- Bring your A-game: Possess thorough knowledge of the product and processes.
