Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales and proposal activities for electrical and automation instruments, specifically related to WTP (Water Treatment Plant), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant).
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals to clients.
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and production teams to ensure timely delivery and project completion.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of handling proposals and sales related to WTP/ETP/STP projects.
  • Skills: Good communication, technical understanding of water and effluent treatment systems, sales acumen, and ability to prepare detailed proposals.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Proactive approach with strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and client requirements in water treatment projects.
