Job Title: Design & Proposal Engineer
Experience: 1–3 Years in the relevant industry.
Location: Chinchwad, Pune
Qualification: Diploma or BE Mechanical engineer.
Compensation: 2.4 to 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review techno-commercial proposals and quotations as per customer requirements.
  • Design and develop 2D/3D models, layouts, and drawings using AutoCAD & SolidWorks.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate technical and cost estimations.
  • Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure correct costing of projects.
  • Interact with clients to understand technical requirements and provide feasible design.
  • Support production teams during project execution by providing technical clarifications .
  • Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Maintain proper documentation for designs, proposals, and revisions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & SolidWorks.
  • Knowledge of cutting tools design/manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in techno-commercial proposal and quotation preparation.
  • Strong analytical, costing, and estimation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240, ₹300,000.00 per year
