Role Overview

As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on ad campaigns. You will serve as a growth partner to clients by ensuring the optimal performance of their ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy development.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and offer actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient utilization of spends across campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad Creatives to improve performance.
  • Implement tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, Pixel, and UTM parameters
  • Work on lead generation, Engagement, traffic, and conversion-based campaigns across various industries.

What You Bring

  • A minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong track record in managing multi-platform campaigns
  • Solid understanding of Digital platforms, Performance metrics, and Reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Clear understanding of the Paid Ads Ecosystem which includes Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked in Ads etc.
