  • Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential customers across key industries such as retail, FMCG, manufacturing, e-commerce, and automotive.

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

  • Understand client needs and propose customized logistics solutions (freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, last-mile delivery, etc.).
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution proposals.

  • Market Analysis & Pricing:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

  • Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and negotiate contracts in line with company policies.

  • Coordination & Execution:

  • Liaise with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of services.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company quality standards.

  • Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, activity reports, and performance metrics.
