About the Role We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Functional Consultant to join our implementation team. The consultant will play a critical role in leading workshops with business stakeholders, configuring Workday Financials, and managing end-to-end data conversion activities. This is a highly client-facing role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on configuration skills. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant . Strong configuration experience in at least 2–3 core Workday Finance modules . Proven expertise in data conversion and reconciliation for Workday Finance. Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and design sessions . Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Workday Finance certification(s). Experience with full lifecycle Workday Finance implementations . Familiarity with integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) for financial data. Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, or prior accounting/finance background. Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
