You will use your subject matter expertise in the domain to provide support to the Sales team and help drive the sale by providing influence and credibility to C-level executives.Specific responsibilities include:Opportunity support activity to prospective HCM prospects and customersParticipating in discovery workshops with users to formulate and document business requirements, including business processes, procedures and work practicesAssisting in the development of winning and differentiating value propositions and themes/messaging to customers, in collaboration with the sales teamDeveloping and championing Workday-based solutions to client problems, communicating them with the customer, implementation partners and internal stakeholders. This may involve various formats/viewpoints, such as process flows, context diagrams, functional/technical descriptions and recordings and functional demonstrationsLeading RFP/RFI responses and develop solution overviews that map customer's business initiatives to the Workday solutionPreparing for and conducting winning demonstrations of the Workday solution to create impact in customer evaluation processes; demonstrating to the value proposition and customer expectationsBuilding expertise in specific industries and presenting the value of Workday solutions to customers in those industriesBuilding trusted-advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders who are influencers and decision-makers in an evaluation processResearching and highlighting the advantages of the Workday product and capability over legacy ERP/HCM and other SaaS systemsArticulating the value of AI/ML (conventional, Generative and agentic) in HCM SaaS solutionsContinuously upgrading your skillsets and knowledge through the learning opportunities provided by WorkdayAbout You·       You are an exceptional, dynamic presenter with strong communication and influencing skills, specifically to a C-level Human Resources leadership audience·       You possess credibility and passion for presentations and product demonstrationsaround HCM technology solutions ·       You have strong functional knowledge and experience gained through roles such as Human Resources practitioner, HCM enterprise solution Presales / Sales Consultant, and/or have a background in HRIS or enterprise application implementation·       You are passionate about working in a high-growth, evolving organisation like Workday and believe that organisations can advance and grow by adopting Workday solutions·       You like to continuously learn and upgrade your skillsets in domains such as AI/ML; you like to innovate in your activities and be creative in your demonstrations and presentations ·       You thrive under pressure and can manage multiple, simultaneous engagements with different prospects  ·       You have a good command of English and the native language in your territory·       You are a lifelong learner with a desire to pick up new technologies and business solutions quicklyOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
