The consultant will play a critical role in leading workshops with business stakeholders, configuring Workday Financials, and managing end-to-end data conversion activities. This is a highly client-facing role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on configuration skills.Required Qualifications- 10+ years of experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant.- Strong configuration experience in at least 2–3 core Workday Finance modules.- Proven expertise in data conversion and reconciliation for Workday Finance.- Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and design sessions.- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.Preferred Qualifications- Workday Finance certification(s).- Experience with full lifecycle Workday Finance implementations.- Familiarity with integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) for financial data.- Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, or prior accounting/finance background.- Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
