Locations: Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi NCR(New Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida), Lucknow, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Indore, Nagpur, Ahmedabad.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Functional Consultant to join our implementation team. The consultant will play a critical role in leading workshops with business stakeholders, configuring Workday Financials, and managing end-to-end data conversion activities. This is a highly client-facing role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on configuration skills.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant.Strong configuration experience in at least 2–3 core Workday Finance modules.Proven expertise in data conversion and reconciliation for Workday Finance.Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and design sessions.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.Preferred QualificationsWorkday Finance certification(s).Experience with full lifecycle Workday Finance implementations.Familiarity with integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) for financial data.Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting standards, or prior accounting/finance background.Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
