Accounts, Administration & Compliance Executive

Location: North Goa, India
Employment Type: Full-time (5/2)
Salary Range: ₹3.5 – 5 LPA (depending on experience, skills, and scope of work performed)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts, Administration & Compliance Executive to manage daily accounting, compliance tracking, documentation, and administrative support across our group of companies (Mayaalex, Eduligence, Exhap, Oyla Magazine & Education). The role requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to learn quickly while coordinating with internal teams, Chartered Accountant, and external stakeholders.

We welcome candidates with prior experience as well as freshers, who are ambitious, fast learners, and eager to build their careers with us.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Finance (using Tally):

  • Handle and document banking transactions

  • Raise and manage invoices

  • Perform routine bookkeeping and accounting entries

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities

  • Assist the Chartered Accountant with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings

2. Compliance & Documentation:

  • Maintaining the Workflow Table (the general table representing every work (order) progress status)

  • Maintaining Annual Compliance Database (the annual compliance calendar representing every company filing status)

  • Update Procedure Files as per established task execution standards

  • Verify documents for accuracy (signatures, stamps, dates, spelling, completeness)

  • Ensure proper document storage and organization on Synology server

3. Administration & Media Posting:

  • Publish updates/content on corporate media channels (Telegram, YouTube, Facebook, company website)

  • Handle phone and text communication with stakeholders

  • Provide general administrative and operational support

Requirements:

  • Strong learning ability and willingness to develop new skills

  • Good English communication skills

  • Experience with Tally ERP and MS Excel (preferred, but can be trained)

  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance is an advantage.

  • Attention to details, accuracy and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
