About Our Client

Our client is a US and Taiwanese Company and they are a worldwide fitness, wellness, and health leader and are currently home to some of the major brands in the fitness Industry.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute a strategic account plan for key accounts in the hospitality segment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the accounts.
* Understand the customer's needs and requirements, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and providing excellent after-sales service.
* Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have : * Candidates from industries (for example, appliances, linen, technology, etc.) serving hotel chains as their clients will be preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
* 4-5 years of experience in managing sales with clientele in the hotel industry.
* Excellent relations with Indian and global hotel chains.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Knowledge of the gym equipment industry is a plus.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
