As the official representative of renowned institutes worldwide, including Switzerland, U.K., Singapore, Australia, USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Germany, we assist students in pursuing higher education and training programs abroad.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue generation through multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets. Additionally, candidates with a background in overseas education will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across multiple channels, including franchisees, direct sales, and overseas markets.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their goals.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients and partners to expand our customer base.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
