Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated candidates to join our growing EdTech team as a Jr. Sales Counsellor. If you're passionate about education, enjoy interacting with people, and have a knack for converting leads into learners, this role is for you.
Role: Jr. Sales Counsellor
Location: Mumbai (Suburban) – Remote/ Hybrid
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales or counselling (Educational sales counselling experience preferred)
Qualification: Graduate / under Graduate with excellent verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Handle inbound/ outbound calls to counsel prospects for career transitions.
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with leads and close enrolments.
- Maintain regular updates on prospect followups, sending required details over call/ WhatsApp
- Maintain track record of consistently meeting sales targets and driving sustained revenue growth for the business
- Basic skills of MS office, updating crm software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the edtech industry is a plus
