Shift - Day shift

Work Mode - WFO

Location - Chennai


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Overall experience of 12 to 14 years with experience in Business Functions or technology for atleast 4 to 5 years and L&D exposure (pretty much somebody who would have moved from Business to L&D having both expertise)
  • Should be able to understand technical landscape to grasp the training need and fulfil the need accordingly
  • Should have exposure to the L&D lifecycle , strategy, coordination
  • Should have excellent communication skills and customer management skills to ensure they manage business stakeholders
  • Work with line function subject-matter experts (SMEs) to apply adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
  • Oversees needs analysis and strategic learning assessments to create the basis for learning solution development to develop clear instructional, learning, and performance objectives for the target audience
  • Conduct performance consulting with line function leadership
  • Oversee life cycle management of learning programs
  • Source external vendors, as needed, leading negotiation and contracting
  • Serve as liaison between vendor and line function SME
  • Manage budget for learning programs
  • Partner with Education Office Learning Specialists to ensure the provision of LMS support, room logistics, catering and materials for classroom training
  • Facilitate learning programs, as needed, for internal Education Office courses
  • Develop Education Office metrics using data extracts from LMS reports
