Notice - Immediate - 30 days

Shift - Day shift

Work Mode - WFO

Location - Chennai


Roles and Responsibilities:


  1. Overall experience of 12 to 14 years with experience in Business Functions or technology for atleast 4 to 5 years and L&D exposure (pretty much somebody who would have moved from Business to L&D having both expertise)
  2. Should be able to understand technical landscape to grasp the training need and fulfil the need accordingly
  3. Should have exposure to the L&D lifecycle , strategy, coordination
  4. Should have excellent communication skills and customer management skills to ensure they manage business stakeholders
  5. Work with line function subject-matter experts (SMEs) to apply adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
  6. Oversees needs analysis and strategic learning assessments to create the basis for learning solution development to develop clear instructional, learning, and performance objectives for the target audience
  7. Conduct performance consulting with line function leadership
  8. Oversee life cycle management of learning programs
  9. Source external vendors, as needed, leading negotiation and contracting
  10. Serve as liaison between vendor and line function SME
  11. Manage budget for learning programs
  12. Partner with Education Office Learning Specialists to ensure the provision of LMS support, room logistics, catering and materials for classroom training
  13. Facilitate learning programs, as needed, for internal Education Office courses
  14. Develop Education Office metrics using data extracts from LMS reports
