About the Role:

We are seeking two dynamic Learning & Development Specialists to lead L&D initiative in assigned Business Vertical. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in the L&D domain within the NBFC sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and development areas for the assigned Business Vertical.
  • Design and develop effective training programs tailored to the needs of the assigned Business Vertical.
  • Create engaging training content for instructor-led sessions and digital learning platforms.
  • Apply instructional design principles to enhance the effectiveness of training materials.
  • Implement metrics and evaluation methods to track the impact of training programs on performance.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • MBA /PGDBM in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or related areas will be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development within the NBFC sector.
  • Expertise in developing engaging content for both instructor-led and digital training.
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Principals and experience in instructional design methodologies
  • Proficiency in developing engaging MS PowerPoint presentations.
  • Good orientation towards data analysis and interpretation.
  • Exposure to Instructional Design, HR Business Partner (HRBP) roles, Strategic Performance Management, and Talent Management will be advantageous
