Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update marketing content such as brochures, data sheets, case studies, and presentations.
  • Assist in content writing for blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Support social media management by posting content and monitoring engagement.
  • Handle website updation in coordination with IT/marketing team.
  • Support sales team in order booking, quotation/offer preparation, and follow-ups using SAP.
  • Maintain records of customer inquiries, leads, and marketing data.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and business writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Familiarity with SAP (Sales & Order Booking Module).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–3 years in marketing back-office support, content writing, or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of basic SEO, WordPress/website CMS, and marketing automation tools.
  • Prior experience in preparing sales offers and data sheets will be an advantage.
