Owning the end to end P&L of the business, including sales, account management, and renewals. Managing a team of Senior leaders in both Sales and Account Management. Work closely with both the Founders and the entire core leadership team. Attract and Hire great talent.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of B2B insurance experience including 5+ years of hunting experience preferably at Tier 1 broker Hunted and managed large accounts Driven large amount of sales targets Excited to grow as this role grows vs those for whom they have already done it
