Key Responsibilities:

 Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality

Management System (QMS) as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

 Supervise and manage technical operations related to Air Quality, Stack

Monitoring, Ambient Air Monitoring, and Workplace Monitoring.

 Ensure compliance with NABL accreditation guidelines and regulatory requirements

(MoEF&CC, CPCB/SPCB).

 Approve test methods, validate new methods, and ensure traceability of standards and

calibration.

 Review, authorize, and release test reports/certificates.

 Ensure staff competency through training, skill evaluation, and performance

monitoring.

 Maintain records of proficiency testing (PT), inter-laboratory comparison (ILC), and

corrective actions.

 Liaise with auditors (NABL, regulatory bodies) and represent the laboratory during

assessments.

 Ensure safety, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

 Support business development by providing technical expertise in client queries and

project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

 M.Sc./Ph.D. in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related discipline.

 Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Environmental/Atmospheric Pollution Lab.

 In-depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, NABL guidelines, and regulatory

requirements.

 Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

 Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14, ₹41,122.89 per month
