Role & responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in hiring top technology . You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, leveraging data-driven insights, and executing leadership hiring. This role requires deep expertise in recruitment analytics, hiring dashboards, and strategic talent acquisition within a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Build and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent product management, and leadership functions.

Develop and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.

Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.

Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.

Own leadership hiring, identifying and engaging with high-caliber candidates for senior-level positions.

Utilize various sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, and referrals, to attract passive talent.

Enhance employer branding efforts by collaborating with marketing and internal teams to position the company as a top employer.

Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best hiring practices to ensure a competitive recruitment strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Requirements:

7+ years of experience in technical and Non Technical hiring, preferably in a high-growth  environment.

Handling the Induction, Orientation, Onboarding of candidates, Data Analysis, Team handling.

Proven expertise in leadership hiring with a track record of successfully hiring senior-level professionals.

Strong knowledge of recruitment analytics and dashboards, with experience in leveraging data for hiring decisions.

Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques.

Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to partner with senior leadership.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership.
