Account Manager

Lead and manage the Operation Department , ensuring effective coordination between internal teams and clients.
Maintain strong client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for all post-sales support activities.
Plan, monitor, and deliver client service commitments within defined SLAs and timelines.
Collaborate with project, service, and technical teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth operational performance.
Track and analyze support performance metrics, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage a team of support executives/engineers to achieve departmental objectives.
Handle client escalations efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution.
Prepare periodic MIS and performance reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, safety protocols, and client requirements.
Support in project management and service delivery planning using PMP best practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience (8+ years) in Account Management / Support Operations, preferably in Fire Safety, Building Services, or Technical Service Industry.
Strong leadership and client-handling skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on experience in service delivery and operations management.
PMP certification with sound knowledge of project management principles.
