JOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to joinour team. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying, qualifying, and closing new businessopportunities through a consultative approach. This individual will drive sales growth, foster strongclient relationships, and work collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:● Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.● Proactively make calls to cold and warm leads to generate opportunities.● Build new business and expand relationships with existing customers.● Report and present inside sales updates and progress to relevant stakeholders.● Manage email and telephonic communication with prospective clients effectively.● Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of

products, industry trends, and competitivelandscape.● Establish rapport and nurture long-term relationships with customers.● Collaborate with the

Sales and Digital Marketing teams

to plan and execute campaigns.● Leverage data to inform decisions and influence others persuasively.

KEY SKILLS:●

2–5 years of proven sales

with a successful track record ofmeeting or exceeding quotas.● Prior experience in sales within the

ed-tech industry

is mandatory.● Expertise in

selling tech programs such as Data Science, Full Stack Development, andSoftware Development.● Proficiency in using CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.● Professional fluency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of additional regionallanguages is preferred.● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.● A highly driven, self-motivated individual with a passion for learning and a career in sales.If you are a sales professional with a passion for ed-tech and a knack for building lastingrelationships, we’d love to hear from you
