  • Handling inbound calls from interested customers, providing product details, and resolving queries.
  • Generating sales leads and following up with prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Gathering customer feedback and recording details from conversations for future reference.
  • Maintaining customer databases and documentation of all calls and transactions.

  • Good command on working excel sheets for managing databases and call documentation
