Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and fluent English-speaking Tele caller for our masterbatch manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for handling company leads, initiating communication with potential clients, and following up to convert them into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to company-generated leads and industrial contacts.
  • Introduce the company's masterbatch products and capabilities effectively.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate for sending samples.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure sample development and feedback.
  • Maintain a detailed record of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical team to close the lead.
  • Work towards onboarding new customers and meeting monthly targets.
  • Earn performance-based incentives for every client successfully onboarded.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have fluent spoken English and good communication skills.
  • Prior experience in tele calling, inside sales, or industrial B2B calling preferred.
  • Knowledge or background in the plastic industry is a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Data Management & Data feeding on any software.
