The Tele Caller will be responsible for engaging with potential donors and explaining the mission of the NGO. The Tele Caller will need to be able to explain the mission in a clear and concise manner and motivate potential donors to contribute.
- Responsibilities:_

1. Make outbound calls to potential donors

2. Explain the mission of the NGO and answer questions from potential donors

3. Handle incoming calls from potential donors

4. Record information from conversations with potential donors in a database

5. Follow up with potential donors as needed

6. Track donor contributions and maintain accurate records

7. Assist with other fundraising efforts as needed.

8. Requirements:
9. At least one year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or similar role

10. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

11. Ability to work independently while meeting set goals

12. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other related software programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Volunteer
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 54 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
