Job Title: Tele Caller International Sales (BPO Process)

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Delhi / NCR (Remote/Onsite as per requirement)

Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound international calls (Australian/US/UK process) to generate sales leads and convert potential customers.
  • Engage with customers professionally, clearly explaining products/services and addressing queries.
  • Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM systems.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience while following organizational calling standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telesales strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in International BPO calling / telesales / voice process (Australian process preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with flexible attitude.
  • Any graduate with prior BPO/International calling background will be preferred.
