Job Title: Tele Callers /Sales Field Executive/Sr. Executive Back Office/Sales Coordinator/Asst. Manager/Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Experience Required: 0 to 15 Years

Location: Delhi

Reports To: Sales Head

Salary Rage 2 Lacs to 12 Lacs per annum plus Incentives

Gender - Female Only

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  2. Identify and contact potential customers through cold calls, emails, market visits, and referrals.

  3. Maintain and update a database of prospective and existing clients.

  4. Conduct regular field visits to understand client requirements and offer suitable as per industry standard.

  5. Sales & Business Development

  6. Explain product features, advantages, and pricing to customers.

  7. Prepare and send quotations, negotiate prices and close orders.

  8. Ensure timely follow-up with clients and convert inquiries into sales.

  9. Customer Relationship Management

  10. Maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients.

  11. Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with production/logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.

  12. Collect feedback for quality improvement and client satisfaction.

  13. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  14. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies.

  15. Suggest improvements in product range or service offerings based on market feedback.

  16. Reporting & Documentation

  17. Maintain daily/weekly reports of visits, leads, and order status.

  18. Assist in preparing monthly sales forecasts and targets.
  19. Coordinate with accounts for payment follow-ups.

Key Skills Required:

  • Good communication & presentation skills (Hindi, English, local language).
  • Convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of autombile industries (can be trained).
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly.
  • MS Office & email writing proficiency.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA/Commerce).
  • MBA in Marketing (optional but preferred).
