**About the role**:
SaveIN is looking for a Collections Tele caller, who will be responsible for following the customer through phone, for collecting the Emi amount, from the given portfolio. As a Collections Tele caller, you are responsible for handling collections over the phone entirely. The person will report to the Collection Process Owner of the company.

**Key responsibilities**:

- As a Collections Tele-Caller, you are responsible for handling collections over the phone entirely
- Following up with the customer through phone, for collecting the EMI amount, from the given portfolio
- Following up with the no contact customers (skip cases), collecting their current mobile number or current address through phone
- Coordinating with the Collections Manager in corporate office, to sort out the queries
- Ensure on-time collections
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through high service quality

**Skills and competencies**:

- Minimum graduate degree in any stream with 1-2 years of experience as a Collections Tele caller
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proactive and well organized
- Understanding of or experience in working of financial services industry would be a plus
