**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling**: Understand the student’s requirements, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable study abroad programs.
- **Follow-up**: Keep a record of interested students and follow up regularly to maintain engagement and answer any queries.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Arrange meetings with counselors or faculty for students seeking further guidance.
- **Maintain Database**: Update the CRM/database with student details, status, and feedback after every call.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- **Feedback**: Collect feedback from students to improve services and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A pleasant phone manner and active listening skills.
- Basic understanding of study abroad processes, admissions, and visa requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
