**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Tele caller Executive** to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently. The role involves contacting existing or potential customers to share information, collect feedback, provide support, and maintain accurate records — without any sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to customers for feedback, follow-ups, or information sharing.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Maintain and update customer details in the company database (CRM).
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, or processes.
- Conduct surveys or verification calls as per company requirements.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during calls.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Maintain call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports of tasks completed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and product knowledge.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 0-4 years in tele calling or customer service (freshers welcome).
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Polite, patient, and professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in [languages required, e.g., English and Hindi].
