Tele Callers play a crucial role in the sales and marketing efforts of insurance companies, helping to expand their customer base and meet sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases of due renewals.
- Pre-qualify the customers with set of questions provided to you by us.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the customer's insuranc needs and preferences.
- Answer questions about insurance coverage, policies, premiums, and other related information.
- Overcome objections and address concerns that prospects may have.
- Collect and verify accurate customer information for lead qualification.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and appointment setting.
- Stay updated with insurance industry trends, products, and regulations.
- Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adhere to ethical standards and compliance guidelines in all interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
- Familiarity with insurance concepts and terminology is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and establish trust with potential customers.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection gracefully.
