Job Description:

As a Freelance Tech Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and placing top-tier tech talent for various roles within our company. This position is commission-based, offering you the flexibility to work at your own pace, on your schedule, from anywhere within the LATAM region.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and Identify Talent: Utilize various platforms and networks to find and engage potential candidates for tech roles.

  • Screen and Evaluate: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required technical and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate Interviews: Arrange and manage the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.

  • Achieve Targets: Meet placement goals to earn a commission, with the potential to earn between $2,000 to USD 3,000 per month.


Requirements Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in tech recruitment or a related field is highly preferred.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms.

  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively to deliver results.

  • Remote Work Ready: Must have a reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely from the LATAM region.

  • Language: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
