Please note: The hire will be working directly with our biggest client, a global digital transformation and consulting company, offering innovative solutions in IT services and business process outsourcing.


Location - Chennai (from the client’s office)


Role: Technical Recruitment Specialist


Responsibilities:

  • Proven work experience as Technical Recruiter in a start-up.
  • Excellent understanding of the recruitment cycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and ability to interact with talent and close the open positions in given TAT
  • Develop talent strategies to identify, attract, and recruit top talent.


Requirements:

  • Min 3+ years of experience with full-cycle recruitment
  • Understand KPIs and strive to meet the weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
  • Coordinate with organisation departments and try to fulfil technical requirements in the shortest possible time.
  • Strong knowledge of tech stacks and languages.
  • Highly organised and data-oriented.
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Ability to assess candidates' proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and database technologies.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
