TechnoMile is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our collaborative global team in India. We are targeting a creative and professional Technical Recruiter that will focus on sourcing and screening candidates for both current opportunities as well as building a pipeline for future growth.

The day-to-day:

Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads both in India and in the US to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels  Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews, both remotely and in-person, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring teams. Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, including candidate status and feedback. Negotiate offers and facilitate the offer acceptance process, including coordinating background checks and other pre-employment requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful hiring outcomes. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Who you are: 

You should have 3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS, technology-driven environment. Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies, including software development, engineering, data science, and cloud computing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and hiring managers. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred  Self-Starter, ability to work independently, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a geographically dispersed team.
