Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a talented freelance sourcer/recruiter who is fluent in French and has a good level of English to help us identify and recruit top talent for our projects. This position is fully remote and based on project assignments.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
  • Search for and identify qualified candidates using various sourcing methods (databases, social media, etc.).
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain an organized database of potential candidates.
  • Ensure smooth and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.


Requirements:


  • Fluency in French and a good level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience as a sourcer or recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
