Since its establishment in 2023, the brand has been known for its exquisite collection of moonlit fabrics and scintillating embellishments. Realm by Vaishali seamlessly merges modern silhouettes with artisanal hand embroideries to create stunning pieces of evening wear.

Role Description

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns.
  • Content ideation, execution, editing, and posting on Instagram & Facebook, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
  • Create & Collaborate with internal teams to develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Maintain a content calendar outlining the frequency and types of content to be published.
  • Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare reports highlighting key performance indicators and provide insights for strategy improvement.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers or brand advocates who align with our values and target audience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach a wider audience.
  • Measure the effectiveness of influencer collaborations and their impact on brand awareness and engagement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, industry news, and platform features.
  • Monitor brand mentions, conversations, and sentiment to address customer feedback and manage online reputation.
  • Proactively respond to online discussions and trends to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
  • Experience in digital marketing and marketing strategies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to create engaging and impactful content for social media platforms
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Well-versed in using Canva, basic editing tools, and MS Office.
