Business Development Representative

At Gummalla Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual fresher to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and persuading them to purchase or schedule a meeting. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and the ability to build customer rapport.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
- Introduce and explain our products or services to potential clients.
- Answer incoming calls from customers interested in our offerings.
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Listen to customer needs and tailor the pitch to address their specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales or set up appointments.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Only Freshers (Passed out year 2023 & 2024)
- Any graduate or high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant training is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi.
- Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
