Company Description
Nirmal Vasundhara Pvt Ltd is a plastic waste management company based in Surat. Our aim is to bring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and awareness to the end-to-end operations associated with waste management. We have multiple tie-ups with ULBs for the channelization and recycling of plastic waste. Additionally, we have established Swachh Vasundhara Kendras to increase the collection and channelization of plastic waste, while incentivizing Swachhta Grahis.
We ensure that producers fulfill their obligations under PWM (Rules) and EPR COMPLIANCE with the highest degree of transparency and traceability. Our organization is committed to trace the source of waste collection and ensuring that the collected waste is recycled in an environmentally friendly manner.
Role Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation for our consulting firm. You will focus on promoting our expertise in providing solutions for PWM Rules to prospective clients and fostering strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
Analyze and understand client needs and pain points.
Strategic Planning:
Develop strategic business development plans aligned with the firm's goals and objectives.
Identify key target markets and industries where our solutions can add significant value.
Collaborate with senior management to define sales targets and objectives.
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our expertise and capabilities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the firm.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and concerns to deliver solutions & services to clients.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth initiatives.
Provide input and feedback on marketing materials, proposals, and sales collateral.
Share market insights and feedback with internal stakeholders to enhance service offerings and value proposition.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Track sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, client acquisition through CRM software.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on business development activities, achievements, and challenges.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's degree or a Sales & Marketing related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the service sector or corporate exposure.
Strong understanding of government Rules & Regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
