Basic Requirement

Help in planning and implementing business development strategies for business growth.
Generating leads and achieving sales targets for the assigned technology area and region.
Managing relationships with the existing clients and expanding account value.
Create proposals/contracts for clients and ensure compliance with the support of Pre-sales team.
Complying company's processes and documentation standards for sales.
Creating marketing campaigns and attend expos/events.
Managing performance of assigned team members.
Helping the company in building sales team.

Technical skill

Have worked as a business development manager/executive, sales & marketing associate, or any relevant role
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Coordinating with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
Experience in customer support is a big plus.
Proficiency in English & strong market knowledge
Time management and planning skills.
Proven sales track record.
Ability to build rapport.

Qualification
Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, CSE, ME, Marketing, or Computer Engineering.
