Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Hosur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them choose the right water technology products. Daily tasks include demonstrating product features, assisting with sales transactions, maintaining customer relationships, and liaising with the showroom's experts to provide tailored solutions. Additionally, the role involves meeting sales targets and providing feedback to improve the showroom's offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers
- Sales experience, including understanding customer needs and demonstrating product features
- Knowledge of water technology products or willingness to learn about them
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Organizational skills to manage sales transactions and maintain customer relationships
- Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and suggest appropriate solutions
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Experience in retail or showroom sales is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous
