Role & responsibilities
- Own and deliver primary and secondary sales targets across assigned territories in Haryana.
- Identify potential markets for distributor and super stockist appointment.
- Ensure consistent width and depth of product availability across urban and rural outlets.
- Track and push movement of high-focus SKUs and new launches.
- Appoint and manage high-performing distributors and super stockists.
- Monitor distributor ROI, stock hygiene, claim processing, and credit management.
- Review beat plans, route productivity, and outlet coverage through regular market working.
- Lead a sales team.
- Set clear KRAs and ensure structured reviews and capability building.
- Drive motivation, discipline, and performance culture on-ground.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5 to 8 years of relevant GT sales experience in FMCG/Personal Care/OTC.
- Proven track record in managing primary/secondary sales and distributor network.
- Prior experience in appointing and scaling super stockists/distributors.
- Deep knowledge of Chhattisgarh GT landscape, including urban & upcountry markets.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
