Role:
Setting up, recruiting, mentoring and driving Agency Partner appointment, licensing, activation and premium in the relevant Market, Managing a team of Area Managers / Sales Quality Managers in the region, To ensure regional scalability of AP channel and build a profitable region.
Key Responsibilities:
Scanning /Mapping of market/potential/environments
Deciding potential markets and their entry strategy
Organize activity to support recruitment, growth and sustenance of Agency Partners and FA’s in the region.
Having a team of high energy Area Managers and Sales Quality Managers.
Builds his Team as per the market requirements, Owns the compliance & regulatory requirements of the Region
Coaches and develops management skills of Area Managers / Location Head
Navigates the growth of the Region through MIS, Analysis and Reviews
Plans and executes strategy to get the market share
Champions relationship development with top producers /Sales Unit Heads
Responsible for product mix and quality of Sales
Owns the overall Sales Target of the Region
Knowledge and skills desired:
Experience of handling multiple geographies
Should have a complete field experience of recruiting, mentoring agent, partners and creating leaders within team.
Knowledge of sales process of life insurance, Knowledge of Financial Advisor life cycle.
Ability to make Business Opportunity Presentations and desire to enter newer markets and wider spaces
Required qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree/ MBA from a Reputed University
Experience in managing data and a strong understanding of Sales Processes
Preferred Experience: 10-12 years in insurance sector
