You will lead the organization with a comprehensive focus on market positioning, operational excellence, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership. Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Vision & Leadership

  • Define and implement a visionary strategy to position CXOSteps as the global leader in leadership coaching.
  • Spearhead the 0-to-1 journey, creating a robust foundation for growth, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities, including alliances with premium networks, professional associations, and high-value platforms.
  • Establish CXOSteps as a thought leader through impactful PR, media engagements, and industry-defining campaigns.


Operational Excellence

  • Design scalable operational frameworks that deliver seamless client experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Integrate cutting-edge technologies and data-driven insights to optimize engagement and performance.
  • Oversee P&L management, ensuring a balance between sustainable growth and financial profitability.
  • Foster a high-performing organizational culture centered on excellence, innovation, and client-centricity.

Market Growth & Brand Building

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-suite leaders, influential coaches, and industry stakeholders.
  • Drive business growth by forming alliances with elite platforms, associations, and global forums.
  • Represent CXOSteps on the world stage—at conferences, leadership summits, and media platforms—to amplify brand presence.
  • Launch innovative, targeted campaigns to solidify CXOSteps’ reputation as a trusted and authoritative partner for leadership development.

Thought Leadership & Public Relations

  • Craft a compelling brand narrative that captures the essence of CXOSteps’ mission and vision.
  • Develop and execute a PR strategy that elevates CXOSteps’ visibility and credibility globally.
  • Leverage success stories and social proof to build trust and establish CXOSteps as the go-to brand for leadership coaching.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to ensure CXOSteps remains ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

  • 10+ years in leadership roles with a proven track record of scaling tech-enabled platforms and delivering strategic market success.
  • Demonstrated ability to build businesses from inception, scale operations, and enter new markets effectively.
  • Significant experience in engaging with C-suite leaders and addressing complex leadership challenges.
