Job Summary:

We seek a results-driven

Project Manager

with

5–7 years of experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or a startup environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading projects end-to-end, using project management tools to ensure success, and managing cross-functional teams. A consulting background is a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution : Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.Strategic Coordination : Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.Team Management : Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless execution throughout the project lifecycle.Tracking & Reporting : Use tools like Asana to monitor progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.Risk Management : Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Budget Oversight : Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.Continuous Improvement : Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve processes for future initiatives.Adaptability : Adjust project plans to accommodate evolving priorities or requirements while maintaining alignment with overall business objectives.Qualifications & Skills:

Experience : 5–7 years of project management experience in e-commerce, retail, or startups.
