We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of our innovative offerings.


Job Summary: As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product life cycle, from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop strategies, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your role will involve managing resources, timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of products.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

Lead and manage product development projects from inception to completion.

Develop detailed product plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Allocate resources effectively and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

Prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback and market research.

Product Leadership:

Provide guidance and mentorship to the product development team.

Oversee the design and architecture of product solutions.

Ensure adherence to best practices in product development and user experience.

Conduct product reviews and ensure the quality of the product.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and deliverables.

Communicate product status, issues, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and customer support.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and partners.

Technology Understanding:

Lead the product development efforts with a basic knowledge of programming languages.

Oversee the integration of mobile applications using Android (Kotlin) and iOS.

Manage and optimize the deployment and performance of applications with basic knowledge of AWS.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the business.

Develop and maintain comprehensive API documentation.

Design and maintain Entity-Relationship (ER) diagrams and flow charts to support product development.

Create detailed user journey maps to guide the development of intuitive and user-friendly features.

Quality Assurance:

Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the product meets high standards of quality and performance.

Address and resolve any issues or defects in a timely manner.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.

Proven experience in leading product teams and managing complex projects.

Basic hands-on experience with programming languages.

Basic knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in designing ER diagrams, flow charts, and user journey maps.
