Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with established contacts in these industries to join our team and start driving orders immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Leverage existing industry connections to identify and acquire new clients in retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, transportation, and corporate sectors.
Close sales quickly and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Business Development:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the market and generate a strong pipeline of leads.
Build relationships with decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, and Procurement Managers.
Sales Execution:
Conduct meetings, deliver product presentations, and demonstrate solutions tailored to client needs.
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients.
Account Management:
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products or upgrades.
Market Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings
Requirements:
Proven Track Record:
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with demonstrated success in closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Industry Connections:
Established network within one or more of the following sectors:
Retail (e.g., malls, stores, and chains)
Hospitality (e.g., hotels, restaurants)
Healthcare (e.g., hospitals, clinics)
Education (e.g., schools, colleges, universities)
Transportation (e.g., airports, railways)
Sales Skills:
Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals.
Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of digital signage, information kiosks, and LED wall technologies.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Flexibility:
Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
